1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using HomeBuyer Leverage, including the website, reports, forms, sample content, and related materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or its services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the site.

2. Who We Are

HomeBuyer Leverage is operated by Leverage Labs LLC. The product is designed to help homebuyers better understand local market conditions at the ZIP-code level.

Leverage Labs LLC is not a real estate brokerage, mortgage lender, appraisal firm, law firm, or financial advisory firm. Nothing on this site creates an agent-client, broker-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.

3. What the Service Does

HomeBuyer Leverage provides informational reports based on publicly available housing and economic data, structured market inputs, and internal interpretation methods. Reports are intended to give users a clearer view of local market conditions, possible buyer leverage, and general negotiation context.

Reports are generated at the ZIP-code level. They are designed to support research and decision-making, not to replace property-specific diligence or licensed professional advice.

4. What the Service Does Not Do

HomeBuyer Leverage does not predict exact sale prices, guarantee future market outcomes, or determine the value, condition, or suitability of any specific property.

The service does not provide:

  • real estate advice

  • mortgage or lending advice

  • legal advice

  • tax advice

  • appraisal services

  • investment advice

Users are responsible for making their own decisions and for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

5. Eligibility and Permitted Use

You may use the site only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree to use the site for lawful, personal, informational, or internal evaluation purposes only.

You may not use the site to:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leverage Labs LLC and its affiliates, owners, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the site or reliance on any report or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

11. Feedback and Reviews

We welcome honest feedback. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit lawful, truthful consumer reviews or commentary about the service.

However, you may not post or submit content through the site that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or infringing on the rights of others.
