It is not real estate, mortgage, legal, tax, appraisal, or financial advice, and it does not evaluate any individual property.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using HomeBuyer Leverage, including the website, reports, forms, sample content, and related materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or its services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the site.
2. Who We Are
HomeBuyer Leverage is operated by Leverage Labs LLC. The product is designed to help homebuyers better understand local market conditions at the ZIP-code level.
Leverage Labs LLC is not a real estate brokerage, mortgage lender, appraisal firm, law firm, or financial advisory firm. Nothing on this site creates an agent-client, broker-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.
3. What the Service Does
HomeBuyer Leverage provides informational reports based on publicly available housing and economic data, structured market inputs, and internal interpretation methods. Reports are intended to give users a clearer view of local market conditions, possible buyer leverage, and general negotiation context.
Reports are generated at the ZIP-code level. They are designed to support research and decision-making, not to replace property-specific diligence or licensed professional advice.
4. What the Service Does Not Do
HomeBuyer Leverage does not predict exact sale prices, guarantee future market outcomes, or determine the value, condition, or suitability of any specific property.
The service does not provide:

5. Eligibility and Permitted Use
You may use the site only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree to use the site for lawful, personal, informational, or internal evaluation purposes only.
You may not use the site to:

HomeBuyer Leverage uses public and third-party source data, along with internal processing and interpretation methods. While we aim to present useful and well-structured information, we do not guarantee that any report, score, trend, summary, or interpretation is complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for every use case.
Market conditions change. Data sources may be revised, delayed, incomplete, or inconsistent. The methodology may also change over time as the service evolves.
We reserve the right to update, revise, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including report features, scoring approaches, and explanatory content, without notice.
8. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leverage Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and reliability.
We do not warrant that the site will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or free of errors, omissions, viruses, or harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leverage Labs LLC and its affiliates, owners, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the site or reliance on any report or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
10. Intellectual Property
The site, report format, text, graphics, branding, software, and underlying content structure are owned by or licensed to Leverage Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the reports and site content for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit protected content at scale without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
11. Feedback and Reviews
We welcome honest feedback. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit lawful, truthful consumer reviews or commentary about the service.
However, you may not post or submit content through the site that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or infringing on the rights of others.
